Under starter’s orders: 2025 National Opener
The 4J Outdoor Season starts in earnest in terms of our events this weekend at Linwood.
We staged the 4J National Opener for the first time in 2025 and Saturday will see a repeat at the same venue.
There is a new feature this year with Scottish Championship medals up for grabs in Mixed 4x400m Relays.
As well as that team element, individuals will be chasing early season markers, Personal Bests and good signs for a summer we hope will culminate for many in Scottish Championship events come August.
Thanks to athletes, coaches and clubs for supporting this event.
