Entries have opened for a busy weekend of #4Jathletics at Grangemouth over August 8/9.
We are staging our Masters Champs and Combined Events Champs that weekend.
The programme also includes Para event opportunities and an Open Steeplechase opportunity.
All entries must be submitted online, through JustGo. No late entries will be accepted.
If you experience online entry problems, please email any events@scottishathletics.org.uk before midnight on the closing date. Emails submitted after this time will not be accepted as an entry.
All entries must be paid for at the time of booking.
Event Information
- High Jump and Pole Vault starting heights will be published on the final timetable.
- Triple Jump restrictions: 9m and 7m boards will be available.
Any athlete who may not achieve the provisional starting height or who requires a different take off board should contact events@scottishathletics.org.uk at the time of entry.
- All Masters athletes finishing in the top three within their age group (5-year age band) will be eligible for a medal.
Parallel Success: Masters and Open
- Parallel Success ambulant athletes will compete under WPA rules and will be seeded against athletes of a similar seeding performance.
- Wheelchair and Frame Runner athletes may compete in 100m, 400m and 1500m events. Ambulant para-athletes may enter any event in the programme.
- Seated throws events are not offered at this event. Athletes in seated throws should enter the scottishathletics Throws Grand Prix Series or Parallel Success Championships. Masters seated throws medals will be awarded at the Parallel Success Championships.
- Para athletes aged 35 or over on the day of competition are eligible for Masters medals. RAZA points will be used to determine male and female para medal awards for each event containing multiple classifications.
- There are no medals for para-athletes under the age of 35 at this event. The Parallel Success Championships will take place alongside the Senior and Under 18 Championships on 29-30 August.

Masters Men 8, Mastes Women 4, Senior Men 8, Senior Women 8, U20 Men 8, U20 Women 8, U18 Men 8, U18 Women 8, U16 Boys 16, U16 Girls 24, U14 Boys 16, U14 Girls 24
Please note, you will not be able to enter if your scottishathletics membership is out of date, and/or if you have any other outstanding fees due to scottishathletics. If your membership has expired, or is set to expire before the date of the competition, you must renew your membership in order to be eligible to enter.
Club Representation
- Any scottishathletics athlete who is a first claim member of a non-Scottish club in addition to being a member of a Scottish club, should compete for their Scottish club in all scottishathletics event.
- Any athlete who does not have a Scottish club affiliation may compete for their non-Scottish club in scottishathletics events, on the provision that they are a member of their home National Governing Body
- Any scottishathletics athlete who is a member of more than one Scottish Club can choose which club they intend to represent. This must be confirmed at the point of entry through the entry form. This is regardless of their membership status with each club (ie. 1st/2nd claim).
- Athletes may only compete for one Scottish Club in scottishathletics Championship events over the course of any competition year (running annually from 1st October), i.e. athletes must compete for the same club in District and National Championships or indoors and outdoors (except track and field relays).
Age Groups
U14: Born in 2013 or 2014
U16: Born in 2011 or 2012
U18: Born in 2009 or 2010
U20: Born in 2007 or 2008
Senior: Born 2006 or earlier
Masters: 35 and over on day of competition.
