Day 2 of the 2026 Canadian road nationals is all about the road races. The junior women, elite and under-23 men are going for gold in Saint Georges, Que.
The junior women’s road race
The first race of the day was the junior women’s race. The women raced 77.1 km on a tough course that saw plenty of attrition. In the end, it was a reduced bunch sprint with 14 riders going for the win.
Molly Flynn (Milton Revolution) took the win, ahead of fellow Ontarian Elly Moore. Julia Lehmann took bronze.
This adds to Flynn’s national championships medal tally—she was third in the time trial on Friday.
