The NSMBA are looking for an experienced trail builder and leader to manage trail projects across 70+ km of iconic North Shore trails.
You’ll lead our trail crew and support our volunteer builders, help set priorities, and make sure work gets done safely and to standards. You’ll be our main point of contact with land managers; handling meetings, walk throughs, and permit applications. Strong communication and leadership skills matter as much as your time on the tools.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Director and other NSMBA staff to keep project reporting and budgeting on track.
You bring: hands-on trail building experience, project and people management background, Class 5 licence, and First Aid.
