Megamo has added a new model to its mountain bike range with the launch of the Reason CRB 02, a special build based entirely around SRAM components.
Launched on 23 April, the bike features a full carbon frame and comes equipped with high-end parts throughout. These include a RockShox ZEB Ultimate fork, Vivid Ultimate rear shock, Maven Ultimate brakes, an S1000 Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain and a Reverb AXS dropper post.
Finished in a White Ice colourway, the Reason CRB 02 has a clean, consistent look. The build focuses on using a single component system, giving riders a straightforward, fully integrated setup designed for performance and ease of use.
Megamo chose 23 April deliberately for the launch, as it coincides with Sant Jordi’s Day, one of Catalonia’s most important celebrations. With Girona at the heart of the region and home to Megamo, the date carries strong local significance.
Kevin Miquel, Megamo’s ambassador and official eMTB enduro rider, is one of the leading names in the discipline. The French rider, who became World Champion in 2024, is set to compete this Sunday in the eMTB Enduro European Tour — part of the official UCI rankings and the first internationally recognised competition series for eMTB enduro.
A key detail is that the Avinox M2S motor fitted to the Reason has received UCI certification, with Miquel among the first riders to compete using the system.
