Army fell by a score of 76-61\u00a0as <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/sabria-hunter\/19298\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19298\" target=\"_blank\">Sabria Hunter<\/a><\/dfn> led the Black Knights with 22\u00a0points and 14\u00a0rebounds. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" paraeid=\"{9da99399-2878-4dcc-ac77-98ce46a3a15a}{160}\" paraid=\"1950822786\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">The Bearcats got on the glass early, with four offensive rebounds within the first four minutes. Army called timeout with 6:19 remaining in the first quarter facing an 11-5 deficit. The Black Knights&#8217; defense responded, with the Bearcats going 1-7 from the field with five turnovers to close out the quarter. Army ended the quarter on an 8-2 run highlighted by a buzzer-beater from <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/reese-ericson\/19361\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19361\" target=\"_blank\">Reese Ericson<\/a><\/dfn> to make the score 16-14 in favor of the home side.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" paraeid=\"{3f1ca08a-9c92-4ea5-be15-62c726812c8f}{189}\" paraid=\"986991987\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">After Army quickly tied the score at 16, Binghamton\u00a0used an 8-0 spurt to jump out to its biggest lead of the second quarter. <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/sabria-hunter\/19298\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19298\" target=\"_blank\">Sabria Hunter<\/a><\/dfn> scored twice on the block before <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/charlotte-richman\/19365\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19365\" target=\"_blank\">Charlotte Richman<\/a><\/dfn> knocked in Army&#8217;s first and only three-pointer of the first half with 3:23 remaining, cutting the deficit to just one. Hunter added four more points to give her a team-high 11 at the half as the Black Knights trailed 34-31 through 20 minutes.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p lang=\"EN-US\" paraeid=\"{fc816799-962b-46d7-9353-d93e90e4054b}{47}\" paraid=\"1283398613\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" xml:lang=\"EN-US\">To start the second half, it was Army this time who put together an 8-0 run, flipping\u00a0the score to 39-34 through four field goals from Hunter (two), <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/hope-brown\/19292\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19292\" target=\"_blank\">Hope Brown<\/a><\/dfn> and <dfn><a href=\"https:\/\/goarmywestpoint.com\/sports\/womens-basketball\/roster\/sam-mcnaughton\/19301\" rel=\"smarttag noopener\" rev=\"19301\" target=\"_blank\">Sam McNaughton<\/a><\/dfn>. Binghamton battled back to score six of the next eight baskets, with Army once again going without a three-pointer made in a quarter. However, that would be the closest Army would get it as the Bearcats would go on a 14-0 scoring run\u00a0to seal the game. Over the course of Binghamton&#8217;s scoring run, Army shot 0-4 from the field with four turnovers down the stretch.
