The agents [from Klutch Sports] want him to be in Los Angeles, he is a UCLA guy and they did some rattling about his contract last offseason, to kind of lay the groundwork if things blew up. Which they seem to be doing.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>TRAE YOUNG NEXT STAR TO DEMAND TRADE<\/h2>\n<p class=\"\">Various NBA executives believe Trae Young could be the next player on a rookie max extension to demand a trade, <a href=\"https:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/10059477-sources-trae-young-could-be-next-nba-superstar-to-request-trade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">per Chris Hayne<\/a>s.<\/p>\n<p>This is assuming the Hawks don\u2019t \u201cmake inroads come postseason time\u201d, <a href=\"https:\/\/bleacherreport.com\/articles\/10059477-sources-trae-young-could-be-next-nba-superstar-to-request-trade\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">according to the report<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\">Young is under contract through the 2026-27 season but has an early termination option after the 2025-26.<\/p>\n<h2>JAMES HARDEN TO HOUSTON<\/h2>\n<p>Woj really set off a media firestorm when he reported James Harden could return to Houston in free agency next summer if he were to leave Philadelphia.<\/p>\n<p>Harden wasn\u2019t too pleased when a reporter asked him about the report:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhy would you ask me about that on Christmas, man? You didn\u2019t say Merry Christmas or nothing. You asked me about something that I ain\u2019t even \u2026 I\u2019m not answering. I didn\u2019t see nothing.\u201d<\/p>\n<h2>KYLE KUZMA ON THE MOVE<\/h2>\n<p>The latest on Kuz comes via Marc Stein, who had this to say:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s a rising belief leaguewide that Kuzma is gettable between now and the Feb. 9 trade deadline as a result because the Wizards might ultimately be forced to concede that they have to trade him before the buzzer to ensure they don\u2019t lose him for nothing.
