James won the U20 1500m gold with superb closing speed in a run of 4:02.06.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Millie McClelland Brooks<\/strong> took silver in the Women\u2019s 5000m.<\/p>\n<p>At Senior level, there were medals for <strong>Greg Millar<\/strong> in the javelin (silver) and <strong>Kaya Slater<\/strong> in the 100m (bronze).<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, there was a fine Scottish 1-2 in the Mern\u2019s 800m final at U20 level, with<strong> Matthew McKenna<\/strong> and <strong>Josh Mungin<\/strong> pushing each other all the way to the line. Matthew took the gold in 1:49.24 with Joshua just behind in 1:49.26 for silver.<\/p>\n<p>There was also gold for <strong>Luc McLeod<\/strong> in the 400m, winning in 47.68<\/p>\n<p><strong>*Sunday performances\u00a0 TO BE UPDATED<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>+++<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laura Muir<\/strong> and <strong>Jemma Reekie<\/strong> continued their preparations for the Commonwealth Games with race sin America and France respectively.<\/p>\n<p>Laura featured in the Women\u2019s Mile at the Daimond League meet in Euguene. In a classy field, the Scot finished in 10<sup>th<\/sup> place with SB run of 4:22.31.<\/p>\n<p>Jemma was back on the start-line after missing the UK Champs through concussion. Taking the Women\u2019s race at 15:35 was <strong>Madelene Wanvik Hollum.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>From a Scottish perspective there were strong runs over both 800m and 5000m.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrew McGill<\/strong> posted a PB for third in the top 800m race at 1:48.31. <strong>Guy Learmonth<\/strong> at 1:50 in that race, too.\u00a0<strong>Hannah Cameron<\/strong> second in top women\u2019s 800m at 2:03.78.<\/p>\n<p>There were Women\u2019s 5000m PB runs for <strong>Stefanie Tucker<\/strong> at 15:52.13 and <strong>Beth Ansell<\/strong> at 16.01.71. Stef took second place and Beth was fifth.<\/p>\n<p>*<strong>Fiona Matheson<\/strong> clocked 19.25.13 for W65 British Record for 5000m on the track.
