Photos by Getty Images for British Athletics<\/strong><\/p>\n Sunday best: Trio win gold as medal tally rises<\/a><\/p>\n By Peter Jardine<\/strong><\/p>\n Scottish athletes and their coaches have delivered once again at the Novuna UK Champs<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The medal tally for a special weekend in Birmingham reached #Fab15<\/em> with no fewer than five gold medal performances.<\/p>\n Scots picked up 14 medals at the Alexander Stadium in 2025 and we make the running total for the past six years at . . . 72 medals.<\/p>\n Behind those basic statistics, there are stories aplenty and we\u2019d like to think we told some of those over a hectic 48 hours in Birmingham.<\/p>\n Here are those medal winners . . .<\/p>\n Gold (Five): <\/strong>Sarah Calvert, Stephen MacKenzie, Finlay Menzies, Jake Wightman, Melanie Woods.<\/p>\n Silver (Four):<\/strong>\u00a0Andrew Butchart, Gavin Drysdale, Kirsty Law (her 14th medal)<\/em>,\u00a0<\/strong>Nicholas Percy\u00a0(his 12th medal)<\/em>.<\/p>\n Bronze (Six):<\/strong>\u00a0Chris Bennett,\u00a0<\/strong>Kyle Brotherton,\u00a0Laura Muir, Joanna Robertson, Sarah Tait, Eloise Walker.<\/p>\n Congratulations to the athletes, their families, coaches and clubs.
