Bronze went to <strong>Harry Lever<\/strong> of Aberdeen.<\/p>\n<p>In the U14 Girls,<strong> Rowan Johnston<\/strong> of Gala Harriers established a good early lead and grew it to over 30 seconds by the line. Silver went to Linlithgow\u2019s <strong>Rose Martin<\/strong> with <strong>Annie Arnott<\/strong> of Central AC only eight seconds further back.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scottishathletics.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/8f9cc08d-479a-4e0e-be12-84bbbfdbac66.jpeg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" Lam<\/strong> of Harmeny dominated the U16 Boys race, winning gold by over a minute from Lasswade\u2019s<strong> Francis Ovani-Finnegan.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Andrew Watson<\/strong> was the second Harmeny athlete on the podium in third place<\/p>\n<p>For the girls, there was a really dominant display from<strong> Emi Daunt<\/strong> of Edinburgh as she finished ahead of all but four of the boys and more than half a minute ahead of <strong>Niamh Doorley<\/strong> of Inverness in second.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kate Riches<\/strong> finished in bronze place for another Harmeny medal.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.scottishathletics.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/05\/imgonline-com-ua-twotoone-89Y0Ro7TjqJIScD.jpg\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img the final race of the day, there was the added incentive for the top two past the post of automatic selection for the Scotland team for the International Youth Cup in Italy next month.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Ben Hodson<\/strong> of Stewartry and<strong> Billy Sutherland<\/strong> of Ross County claimed these places in the men\u2019s race, while <strong>Nancy Corrie<\/strong> of Harmeny and <strong>Lucia Connell<\/strong> of Strathearn booked their places on the plane for the women.<\/p>\n<p>Our bronze medalists were <strong>Jack Foley<\/strong> of Moorfoot and <strong>Holly Simpson<\/strong> of Giffnock who will now have to wait for the final decision by selectors to learn if they will also make the team.<\/p>\n<p><em>Congratulations to all the medalists and thanks to
