Welfare Administrator<\/strong><\/p>\n Salary \u00a325,878 (pro rata)<\/strong><\/p>\n (15 hours per week)<\/strong><\/p>\n One-year Fixed Term<\/strong><\/p>\n Welfare Administrator Advert May 2026<\/a><\/p>\n Welfare Administrator \u2013 Job Description<\/a><\/p>\n Closing date for applications: Monday 26 May<\/em><\/p>\n About the Role<\/strong><\/p>\n Reporting to the Welfare and Compliance Manager, you will act as a registered Signatory, verifying identities, reviewing and submitting PVG Scheme applications.<\/p>\n You will process and record certificate results and self-declarations, maintaining accurate records and escalating suitability concerns where required.<\/p>\n In this customer facing role, you will play a key role in supporting our network of Club Welfare Officers with the application processes whilst also fielding and responding to all other PVG Scheme application enquiries.<\/p>\n Working with the scottish<\/strong>athletics Welfare Officer, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development, modernisation and streamlining of the administration of the PVG Scheme across the sport.<\/p>\n Place of Work<\/strong><\/p>\n Hybrid working. The scottish<\/strong>athletics office is based at Laurie Liddell Clubhouse, 42 Peffermill Road, Edinburgh, EH16 5LL. scottish<\/strong>athletics also has an office within the Emirates Arena, 1000 London Road, Glasgow, G40 3HG.<\/p>\n Salary<\/strong><\/p>\n The starting salary offered for the post will be \u00a325,878 (pro rata).
