The 4J Outdoor Season<\/strong> is imminent and entries are open for our first events!<\/p>\n Thank you to all those athletes, coaches and clubs who are already supporting National and District Championship events under the #4Jathletics<\/em> banner.<\/p>\n We start outdoors on Friday 24 April<\/strong> with the Scottish 10,000m Champs in an event kindly organised and delivered by the Glasgow Athletics Association.<\/p>\n Enter Linwood<\/a><\/p>\n The 4J National Opener<\/strong> is a couple of weeks later as we head again to Linwood for an event we ran as a pilot in 2025.<\/p>\n This year, to add to the excitement, we have introduced Mixed 4\u00d7400 Relay Champs on Saturday 9 May<\/strong> at Linwood.<\/p>\n The National Opener is for U18, U20 and Senior athletes.<\/p>\n Entries close at 5pm on Thursday (April 23).<\/strong><\/p>\n Under starter\u2019s orders: 2025 National Opener at Linwood\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n +++<\/p>\n Tags:<\/strong>![\"\"](\"https:\/\/www.scottishathletics.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/Opener25-918977-1024x682.jpg\")
