Ananda sets dates for 2026 European Dealer Training Tour

Ananda has announced its European Dealer Training Tour 2026, open to retailers regardless of size. The initiative aims to prepare bicycle retailers and service technicians across Europe to work confidently with Ananda e-drive systems. This tour reflects Ananda’s continued growth across the continent, the brand said, and its belief that strong technical knowledge and service expertise are essential.

The Ananda European Dealer Training Tour is a series of practical, hands-on technical sessions designed for bicycle dealers across Europe. Trainings is scheduled in at least eight locations across five different countries. The programme aims to strengthen dealer familiarity with Ananda e-drive systems, improve diagnostic and firmware update skills, and share best practices in troubleshooting and service.

“These are the people who work with our products every day and who speak with and advise riders directly. They are therefore extremely important and true ambassadors of our brand,” says Chao Liu, Sales Director at Ananda. “We immediately received many enthusiastic responses when we opened registration for the European Dealer Training Tour.”

According to Chao, the initiative reflects Ananda’s long-term commitment to supporting both bicycle brands and retailers in Europe. “This programme reflects our ambition to be more than just a motor supplier. We want to actively support the brands and retailers that work with our technology.

As awareness of Ananda among retailers continues to grow, the company sees a clear demand for deeper product knowledge, it said. Training helps retailers better understand the products they sell and ultimately improves the experience for the end consumer.

“Hands-on training focused on real service situations”

The training sessions combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands-on experience. Training is organised in small groups of up to 20 participants, allowing the Ananda team to give each participant the attention they deserve. By keeping the training free of charge, the programme remains accessible to all retailers, regardless of their size. During the sessions, retailers receive detailed explanations of the different systems, learn how to work with the Ananda Link service tool, diagnose and troubleshoot common service cases, analyse error codes and gain insight into system integration, firmware updates and service procedures.

So far, three dealer training sessions have already taken place — two in Poland and one in Belgium. Throughout the year, additional sessions will take place across Europe. Due to the strong interest and the high number of registrations, additional training sessions may be added in the coming months.

“For us as a brand, it is extremely important that retailers know the ins and outs of our bikes,” said David Verschuren, Commercial Representative at O2feel, who attended the dealer training in Belgium. “It helps mechanics to have better understanding of the systems they work with and gives shop owners more confidence when advising customers. The fact that Ananda is now also directly training dealers gives our brand a real boost.”

Retailers who wish to participate in the Ananda European Dealer Training Tour 2026 can register via the Ananda website.

If a specific country is not yet listed, dealers can still sign up for the waiting list. Once sufficient interest is gathered in a particular region, Ananda will follow up with additional training opportunities.

The firm added: “With the European Dealer Training Tour, Ananda reinforces its ambition to be more than just a motor supplier. The company positions itself as a complete e-drive partner, strengthening its service network and continuing to build long-term partnerships with both bicycle brands and retailers across Europe.”
