Event info for Spring Throws Meet
Scottish throwers will gather for the first outdoor event of 2023 at Grangemouth in February.
Entries have opened now for the Spring Throws Meet taking place on Saturday 11 February.
With shot put opportunities on offer via indoor events, this meet is for the long throws – discus, hammer and javelin.
All entries have to be submitted online through either individual or club portal system and events will be offered for all age groups.
Athletes will receive one warm-up and five competition throws with the event held under UK Athletics rules.
The closing date for the Grangemouth event is 5pm on Thursday 26 January
