The focus is on the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on Friday for the GAA Miler Meet, including the scottishathletics 3000m Championships.
It’s a welcome return for the indoor version of the event, which last took place in 2020 – and looks set to be a great evening with nearly 200 athletes entered.
Declarations open from 4.30pm with athletes expected to declare at least one hour before their event. Final declarations will be at 7.30pm.
The track action starts at 6pm with the last race start at 8.40pm.
Participants are encouraged to bring as many supporters along as possible to generate a great atmosphere and bring the new year of competition in with plenty of PBs.
