According to Pistons assistant coach Jerome Allen, he said some words to Luka Doncic after the Mavericks superstar spoke ‘very disrespectfully’ to Dwane Casey.
Detroit’s head coach did not make a big deal out of it, saying that it is nothing compared to what he is used to when coaching the likes of Gary Payton and Kevin Garnett.
“It’s a bunch of nothing, a bunch of nothing,” Casey said, per Tim MacMahon. “We’ve seen worse. Remember I coached Gary Payton and Kevin Garnett, so that tonight was zero as far as chirping. I liked it.”
