Loughborough International event info
Scotland head south this weekend to once again compete in the 2026 edition of the Loughborough International.
And we are delighted today to name the athletes who will represent Scotland in the traditional early season track and field meet.
The Paula Radcliffe Stadium is the venue for Sunday’s eagerly-awaited event.
Scotland will take on teams from our hosts, Loughborough University, as well as England, Wales and the GB and NI U20s.
Congratulations to those athletes selected and to their families, coaches and clubs.
Winning the Scotland vest should be a significant representative honour and always comes after many years of dedication to the sport and hard work in training; guidance from coaches and support from clubs and volunteers via our event pathway.
As is often the case, there are opportunities for Scots to compete in this event for teams other than Scotland.
We anticipate an announcement on the GB and NI U20 selection on Wednesday – which may lead us to make changes – and there are guest places, too.
