Are you an aspiring cyclocross racer?
EuroCrossAcademy‘s (ECA) summer camp application window is now open through April 3 and will once again feature three separate week-long summer cyclocross training camps: July 20-25 in Montana, and two camps in Vermont on July 28-August 2 and August 3-8.
Directed by 16-time team USA world cyclocross championship coach and eight-year member of the UCI Cyclocross Commission, Geoff Proctor, and a group of supportive coaches, the 2026 summer camps are designed to build and refine skills and empower the passion for cyclocross in young, motivated student-athletes, ages 14-22.
“With MTB and road seasons kicking off, cyclocross racing might seem like a long way off. But ECA’s mission is to create a participation-to-performance environment, nurture cyclocross culture and community, and build ‘cross skills ahead of the actual season through our out-of-competition summer camps,” a press note said.
“Through encouraging coaching, ample training grounds specific to the demands of cyclocross, we strive to help these athletes build not only performance on the bike, but holistic confidence in every facet of their lives.”
The summer program — taking in the big sky of western Montana and the quiet, rolling back roads of central Vermont — aims to develop cycling club/team talent from all over North America and beyond. Applicants must be racing age 14-22 for 2026.
The summer camps incorporate three training sessions per day, in addition to evening classroom coaching sessions featuring guest speakers and focus on ECA’s pathway to European racing.
